We’ve integrated with Dropbox to provide the ability to store documents and images against hirers, drivers, vehicles and rentals within the iVech system.

Storing files has long been a highly requested feature to be included with the iVech Rental Management System. Unfortunately, large volumes of file storage isn’t cheap and does rely on specialist servers compared to the ones we run iVech on. We didn’t want to pass on any of this cost to yourselves, so instead, we took the decision to use a third party cloud storage tool.

The end result is that you can now use Dropbox and their excellent cloud storage which gives you 2GB of free storage to upload copies of licences, insurance docs or even signed rental agreements. If you run out of space, you can easily purchase more space from them, completely independent of ourselves.
